Remains believed human found along Interstate in Oklahoma

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Oklahoma City police are investigating the discovery of what are believed to be human remains along Interstate 40.

Police Capt. Paco Balderrama says the remains were found about 9:30 a.m. Tuesday near an off-ramp at I-40 and Peebly Road in far eastern Oklahoma City — just south of Newalla.

Police say homicide detectives are investigating the discovery.
