Really can't see anything in that. He has hold of the player around the waist, his left hand slides down the leg, the player comes to ground, Flower gets up immediately; what is he supposed to do? Saw a few nasty injuries in the NRL this week where players got a leg or ankle awkwardly trapped under bodies in a tackle, Unfortunately these things happen in rugby. Doesn't necessarily mean there's any intention to foul play.
