The world’s 18th-ranked women’s tennis player will face Serbia’s Aleksandra Krunic in the 7 p.m. featured match of the Bank of the West tournament at Stanford on Monday. Keys, 20, is considered America’s top female player behind Serena Williams and made the Australian Open semifinals in January. The tournament begins with Atherton’s Cici Bellis, who finished 2014 as the world’s top-ranked junior, facing Japanese qualifier Miskai Doi at 11 a.m. to open the day session, which also has Stanford alum Nicole Gibbs going against France’s Caroline Garcia.
