49ers’ Ford ruled out for Sunday’s game against Jets

Dee Ford, who made availability a preseason goal after an injury-plagued 2019, won’t be available Sunday. The 49ers downgraded their Pro Bowl pass rusher from questionable to out for their game against the New York Jets after Ford had an MRI on his neck Thursday.
