In Oakland's Temescal neighborhood, fish taco fanatics fill the Telegraph Avenue sidewalk every day, waiting patiently for their dinnertime fix from Cholita Linda. Now, the popular Latin American restaurant is bringing its fan-favorite crispy Baja fish tacos to San Francisco's Ferry Building.
