Santa Clara County, San Jose State remain at odds over pending bowl trip
A stalemate between the San Jose State football team and Santa Clara County over the Spartans’ plans to travel to Arizona on Sunday for a bowl game remained unresolved Wednesday, as county officials gave no indication they would exempt the school from a tough quarantine directive.
