Yes, there’s a hell of a lot of reading there, a lot of it quite detailed re the East Stand layouts. Also, 161 parking spaces, and 40 cycles, do people still cycle to BV on game day,
I don’t have much idea about planning, but I never knew how much details had to be provided.
There is mention of the land sub surface “Oak rock” I think it’s called, pit waste? No mention of Arsenic waste.
