XIAMEN, China (AP) _ Qudian Inc. (QD) on Monday reported fourth-quarter earnings of $103.3 million.

The Xiamen, China-based company said it had profit of 39 cents per share.

The online micro-lending company posted revenue of $109.4 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $146.9 million, or 55 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $565.2 million.

The company's shares closed at $2.25. A year ago, they were trading at $2.02.
