Venus Concept: Q4 Earnings Snapshot

TORONTO (AP) _ Venus Concept Inc. (VERO) on Monday reported a loss of $14.7 million in its fourth quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Toronto-based company said it had a loss of 34 cents. Losses, adjusted to extinguish debt and for non-recurring costs, came to 22 cents per share.

The maker of hair transplant devices posted revenue of $25.8 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported that its loss widened to $81.7 million, or $2.33 per share. Revenue was reported as $78 million.

Venus Concept expects full-year revenue in the range of $98 million to $103 million.

In the final minutes of trading on Monday, the company's shares hit $2.25. A year ago, they were trading at $3.62.
