I rely on them to follow games that are not on Sky as I have given up trying to use the Our League app it's useless.
Have you tried it on a computer as I just log on to this website

on my laptop with my access code then just scroll down to our match and click on it, then just connect my laptop to the TV with an HDMI cable.
