Lawsuit filed against city, TPD officers for excessive force during May protest

Twenty-two people have joined to file a federal lawsuit against members of the Toledo Police Department for officers’ alleged use of excessive force during a protest in downtown Toledo a year ago in the wake of the death of George Floyd.
