90 Day Fiancé: Natalie Launches Fitness Program After 30 Pound Weight Loss
Actress and 90 Day Fiancé star Natalie Mordovtseva revealed that she lost 30 pounds and is soon going to help train TLC fans with a new fitness program. When Natalie returned to 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? with Mike Youngquist, fans noticed a difference in her weight from her season eight appearance. While questions about plastic surgery surfaced and fans asked if Natalie had implants, the Ukrainian star confessed she actually gained weight in HEA. Now that Natalie is back to looking shockingly skinny, she presented her secret to Instagram fans while promoting her fitness program.
Fans noticed Natalie looking more and more unrecognizable since they first met her in 90 Day Fiancé season seven. Some suspected it was Natalie enhancing her looks in America with cosmetic surgery, while others blamed it on photoshop. But Natalie revealed her stress-eating made her pile on some 20 odd pounds. While announcing she was now working on getting fit, Natalie also got liposuction done on her tummy, waist, back, and chin. But during her new Instagram Live, Natalie addressed that, while those were her problem areas, she relied on diet and exercise to look slim.
During her Live on IG, Natalie Mordovtseva told her 90 Day Fiancé followers about getting 30 pounds heavier. After deciding to lose weight, she met her friend and trainer, Jeyran Dursunova, on an intermittent fasting Facebook group. Looking noticeably skinnier, Natalie revealed her makeover was thanks to exercise, IF, and the keto diet, as advised by her friend. “In three months, I looked perfect,” gushed Natalie, while admitting she started seeing results in one and a half months. In the caption for the Live, which Natalie posted on her feed, she revealed her “My Fitness Way” coaching program, which she’s launching on June 14.
“My followers who is willing to lose weight, get fit, and have a customized meal and workout plan for every day, will have my exclusive 30% discount,” wrote 90 Day Fiancé star Natalie about her lucrative offer. Natalie also mentioned a private Facebook group where the participants would interact with her and the trainer for three months. With 24-hour support, the members would also be able to tune in to Natalie and Jeyran’s Live discussions on “educational subjects” every week. In conclusion, Natalie added, “Hope you’ll be part of our family on our way to a healthy and beautiful body.”
The comments, however, stayed typical and criticized Natalie for being self-obsessed and promoting fitness right after openly admitting to liposuction. “Waaaiiitttt NOT ANOTHER CELEB Who had SURGERY then Promotes a 'weightloss program'?" posted one fan, as they called the 90 Day Fiancé star out by saying, “U didn't follow that program cuz u had surgery. Periodt.” Another fan joked, “After the workout get your 1 carrot and go in your corner.. ????????,” with someone else writing, “If I was going to pay for a fitness program, I think I’d have to go with Anfisa.”
90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? airs Sundays at 8 pm ET on TLC.
