How to Unlock Silver & Gold Battleplex Challenges in Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart
Players will be able to unlock Silver and Gold Battleplex Challenges in Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart. This guide will show players how they can do it. Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart brings along all the same elements of the older games that made the series so iconic and continue to build on this foundation. With new weapons to upgrade and dimensions to explore, players will travel through the multiverse to find Clank after they are separated. Clank ends up being found by Rivet, the new dimensional lombax that has been introduced in this entry. They will now need to work together to take down Emperor Nerfarious and save the multiverse. Although, outside of the main story stuff, players can complete bonus challenges for neat rewards. Here is how players can unlock the Silver and Gold Battleplex challenges.
Players will be able to participate in the first chunk of Battleplex Challenges when they arrive in the Scarstu Debris Field. Upon your first arrival, only Bronze challenges are made available. For those looking to unlock the Carbonox Advanced Armor Set, they will need to complete every Battleplex challenge. With these challenges, each one tasks the player with defeating a set number of enemies within a time limit. This guide will show players how they can unlock the challenges.
Simply put, players will just need to progress through the main story in order to unlock both the Silver and Gold Battleplex challenges. Here is when each challenge will become available.
- Silver Battleplex Challenges: This will be made available when players have their second visit to the Scarstu Debris Field after finishing up Rodelion and Torren IV.
- Gold Battleplex Challenges: This will be made available when the player has their final visit to the Scarstu Debris Field after finishing up Viceron.
Players will want to complete these challenges if they are looking to 100% the game. The Gold challenges are obviously the most difficult but with a bit of practice, players should be able to complete them all. Only one challenge will be made available at a time with the rest being unlocked after completing the one before it. Here is every challenge available.
- The Mangling: Survive five waves against the Mangler (Silver)
- Ka-Boomstick Blast: Defeat four waves of enemies using the Warmonger (Silver)
- Pest Control: Defeat 50 Pests before the poison gas kills you (Silver)
- Freezer Pop: Defeat 25 frozen Ameboids (Silver)
- Revenge of the Seekerpede: Defeat Scolo the Seekerpede (Silver)
- Manglers Are Forever: Survive the Resurrected Mangler (Gold)
- LOL, That’s Random: Fight with randomized weapons (Gold)
- A Good Time to Zoom: Defeat three waves using the Headhunter (Gold)
- Vroom Around: Defeat Vroom Goons in low gravity (Gold)
- Twice as Nice: Defeat the returning foes (Gold)
Alternatively, players will return to this place to regroup with the squad before the game's final challenge. It's completely optional but will benefit the player with the Carbonox Advanced Armor.
