Toronto Mayor John Tory outraged over birthday party shooting that put three young children in hospital

One child is in life-threatening condition, another in serious condition in hospital, Toronto Paramedic Services Deputy Commander Evert Steenge said on Saturday night. The other child and a man had minor injuries.
