Sen. Joe Manchin wields an enormous amount of power in an evenly divided Senate. Here is hoping that he will do the right thing, when Republicans reveal their lack of "bipartisanship." Manchin can do the right thing by helping Democrats place major Voting Rights legislation on President Biden's desk for his signature.
