Armenian authorities ‘in agony’ - Vanetsyan
With their desperate steps aiming to undermine the political opponents, the Armenian authorities clearly demonstrate that they are in a state of agony, says Artur Vanetsyan, the prime ministerial candidate of I Have the Honor bloc.
Speaking to reporters outside a Yerevan polling station (where he had just cast his ballot), the leader of the opposition Homeland party that he also sees the incumbent authorities’ perfect understanding of their zero chances of "reproduction".
Meantime he ruled out the possibility of post-electoral developments.
Vanetsyan, a former chief of the National Security Service (May 2018 - Sept. 2019), said they have received reports on electoral wrongdoings in several polling stations, where their ballot papers were either found with specific marks or were not given to the voters. The politician also complained about police pressures against their activists and campaign headquarters.
