* WHAT...Rough bar conditions expected.

- GENERAL SEAS...3 to 5 ft tonight, building to 4 to 6 ft by

Monday morning and holding around 4 to 6 ft through Tuesday.

- FIRST EBB...Around 445 PM Sunday. Seas near 6 ft.

- SECOND EBB...Strong ebb around 5 AM Monday. Seas near 7 ft

with breakers likely.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to 6 AM PDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft especially

when navigating in or near harbor entrances.
