SAO PAULO (AP) _ Ambev SA (ABEV) on Thursday reported fourth-quarter earnings of $646.4 million.

On a per-share basis, the Sao Paulo-based company said it had profit of 4 cents.

The beverage company posted revenue of $3.94 billion in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $2.35 billion, or 15 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $13.5 billion.
