EVENING TO 5 PM PDT SUNDAY...
* WHAT...South winds 20 to 30 kt, increasing to gales 30 to 40
kt by late Saturday morning. Steep wind driven seas of 5 to 7
ft Saturday morning, becoming very steep and hazardous
Saturday afternoon and quickly building to 10 to 14 ft. Winds
ease Saturday evening, becoming southwest 15 to 25 kt. Seas
build further to 15 to 20 ft, becoming swell dominated at 13
to 16 seconds as a heavy, long period swell builds Saturday
night into Sunday.
* WHERE...All areas.
* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, from 10 AM to 10 PM PST Saturday.
For the Hazardous Seas Warning, from 10 PM PST Saturday to 5
PM PDT Sunday. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 4 AM to 10
AM PST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds and very steep seas could capsize or
damage vessels. Low visibility conditions are expected.
