ST. LOUIS (AP) _ Core & Main Inc. (CNM) on Wednesday reported earnings of $48 million in its fiscal fourth quarter.

The St. Louis-based company said it had profit of 28 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 30 cents per share.

The distributor of water and fire protection products posted revenue of $1.25 billion in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $166 million, or 55 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $5 billion.
