Investments in construction of the plant of seamless stainless steel pipes are estimated at 3-5 billion rubles. The production capacity will amount to 15 thousand tons per year. The enterprise will be a "full cycle" production facility. Stainless steel will be smelted by 50% from scrap and 50% from virgin materials. All of them will be bought in Russia.
