Ecoscience International inks underwriting agreement with HLIB for upcoming IPO

KUALA LUMPUR: Ecoscience International Bhd (EIB) today signed an underwriting agreement with Hong Leong Investment Bank Bhd (HLIB) for its initial public offering (IPO) and listing on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia.
