Lingard made 232 appearances for United, but will leave at the end of this month in search of more game time.
Supporters chanted “There’s only one Jesse Lingard” as he enjoyed the summer sunshine.
SunSport told you earlier this month that West Ham want to re-sign Lingard this summer, following his successful loan spell in East London last year.
They are willing to offload inconsistent ace Said Benrahma to clear room for Lingard.
Four Serie A clubs are believed to also be interested in the 32-cap star, although Newcastle may have been priced out by his wage demands.
