Biden Reverses Course, Says He Supports Changing the Filibuster to Codify Abortion Rights
President Joe Biden on Thursday reversed course and said he now supports lifting the Senate filibuster in order to pass a bill that would codify the holdings of Roe v. Wade into federal law.
