UVSS Food Bank and Free Store seeing high demand this summer

On delivery days, one of the hallways in the basement of the Student Union Building fills with students awaiting their appointment with the University of Victoria Students’ Society's (UVSS) Food Bank and Free Store. Funded by student fees, the program supplies students with hampers of fresh food, non-perishables, and other essential items.
