Really dont like the Open Goal YouTube channel but been self isolating and it came up on a YouTube loop of this - after retiring at 24 due to injury hes tried to make a comeback at 30 and the documentary follows his progress and struggles.
I generally think on the podcast theyre insufferable (although the early interviews held by Simon Ferry were really good) but this was a great watch and have admiration for his efforts. Genuinely chuffed for him at the end too. Goes to show that even at non league level the fitness required to play regularly.

Also ignore the typo in the thread title - auto correct
