* At 420 PM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 8 nm west of Port Arthur to Galveston Bay to 11 nm
southwest of Upper San Jacinto Bay, moving southeast at 10 knots.
HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
suddenly higher waves.
