HERNDON, Va. (AP) _ Strategic Education, Inc. (STRA) on Thursday reported earnings of $6.1 million in its third quarter.

The Herndon, Virginia-based company said it had net income of 25 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 33 cents per share.

The for-profit education company posted revenue of $263.1 million in the period.
