Back from 'scary' concussion, UAlbany's Julian Hicks thrived

Hicks said he has watched the replay of the last play against Monmouth. He was hit over the middle by Monmouth cornerback Jaylen Dotson on an incompletion at the Hawks 6 as time expired in the 38-31 defeat.

The officials threw a penalty flag, but picked it up after a video review. Meanwhile, Hicks remained down on the field for a few minutes before getting up and riding off on a cart. He said he was “probably unconscious for about a minute.”
