Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #5, Cindy K. Chung, of Pennsylvania, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Third Circuit, post-cloture.

At approximately 5:30pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Chung nomination and on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #9, Gina R. Mendez-Miro, of Puerto Rico, to be United States District Judge for the District of Puerto Rico.

Cloture has been filed on the following nominations:

1. Executive Calendar #9, Gina R. Mendez-Miro, of Puerto Rico, to be United States District Judge for the District of Puerto Rico.
2. Executive Calendar #7 Lindsay C. Jenkins, of Illinois, to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of Illinois
3. Executive Calendar #12 Matthew L. Garcia, of New Mexico, to be United States District Judge for the District of New Mexico
4. Executive Calendar #15 Adrienne C. Nelson, of Oregon, to be United States District Judge for the District of Oregon
