[Men's Swimming] Gonzalez de Oliveria Named NAIA Men's Swimmer of the Month

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. - Cumberlands' (Ky.) Ruben Gonzalez de Oliveira has been named the MSC Men's Swimmer of the Month, the national office announced Friday.

De Oliveira was named the Mid-South Conference Swimmer of the Year after his performance at the conference championship. He won all three of his individual events while anchoring the Patriots relays. He won the 200 free with a season-best time of 1:39.38 to earn an "A" cut. Ruben capped off the championship by winning the 100 free with a time of 45.30.
