Australia confirms it is joining with 34 other nations — including the United Kingdom and the United States — seeking clarity from the IOC on a "neutrality model' for Russian and Belarusian athletes, in a joint statement warning there are strong concerns how feasible it is for athletes to compete as neutrals.
