NATIONAL SUMMARY
A nor'easter will be ongoing off the East Coast tomorrow,
tracking northward and slowing down off the New England
coast. This will bring a swath of snow across the majority
of the Northeast, with rain changing to snow late in the
day along the southern New England coast. Snow totals will
be highest in the higher elevations, such as the Green and
White Mountains, as well as the Catskills, with over a foot
of accumulation likely. Winds will remain very strong to
perhaps damaging along the coast, with gusts over 60 mph
expected in coastal New England. Meanwhile, heavy rain will
be ongoing yet again in Central and Northern California,
with a flood threat remaining heightened in these areas.
