* WHAT...Southwest winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and

seas 7 to 9 ft at 12 seconds. Winds becoming south 20 to 30 kt

with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 8 to 13 ft. Then winds becoming

southwest 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt and seas 10 to 14

ft at 14 seconds.

* WHERE...All areas.

* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, from 5 AM to 2 PM PDT Monday. For

the Small Craft Advisory, until 5 AM PDT Monday. For the Small

Craft Advisory, from 2 PM Monday to 5 PM PDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and very steep seas could capsize or

damage vessels. Low visibility conditions are expected.
