The Too Much TV Roundup- 07/01/23

Well, started off my morning with shitty news. Apple Plus has cancelled high Desert. honestly, I understand it. The pilot was off putting initially, but once you get past it, Patricia Arquette is doing a hell of a job keeping this thing together. And, Matt Dillon and Brad Garrett do a pretty decent job supporting her. I would have probably renewed this, and I’m sad to see this character go, but Apple released a lot of comedies in the Spring, and right after this was Platonic, which is a better show and really deserves a second season.
