Hero Realty Pvt Ltd plans to launch real estate projects with an expected revenue of Rs 3,500 crore in this financial year, according to its CEO, Dharmesh Shah. The company aims to invest Rs 1,000-1,200 crore, focusing on residential development, with an eye on achieving annual sales of Rs 5,000-6,000 crore in the next two years. The company is also considering an initial public offering (IPO) in the next 3-4 years. In addition, Hero Earth, a new vertical, will specialise in plotted developments across Delhi-National Capital Region, beginning with a project in Gurgaon's Sector 85.
