There are attempts to present the presidents of Russia and Belarus to the world community as barbarians who kidnap and ‘eat' children, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko said at a meeting with foreign and Belarusian journalists in Minsk on 6 July, BelTA has learned.
