Minister McConalogue launches massive fund for shows and initiatives More than €500,000 will be awarded to over 60 equestrian bodies, societies and organisations across the equestrian community in the 2023 Horse Sport Ireland Breeding Grant allocation. Charlie McConalogue, T.D, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, joined Denis Duggan, CEO of Horse Sport Ireland (HSI) and Dr Sonja Egan, the organisation’s Head of Breeding, Innovation and Development, to welcome a number of the breeding grant awardees, representing just some of the diverse breed societies and organisations supported through the 2023 scheme.
