10-year-old cancer survivor urges Governor to sign cancer testing legislation

Charlotte Carlin, 10-year-old advocate and brain cancer survivor, took time out of her summer vacation to deliver a handwritten letter to the Governor asking her to sign legislation to increase access to biomarker testing.
