Iowa extends contract of women's coach Lisa Bluder

Iowa and women's basketball coach Lisa Bluder agreed to a two-year contract extension through June 2029.

Bluder, who led the Hawkeyes to their first national championship game in the 2022-23 season, is entering her 24th season in Iowa City. Financial terms were not announced, but The Athletic reported she will earn a $1 million base salary, plus $400,000 in guaranteed supplem
