A Delhi court will decide on July 19 whether Jagdish Tytler, Congress leader, will be charged in the case related to Pul Bangash killings during the 1984 anti-Sikh riots. The judge directed the court staff on July 7 to check whether the records received from the court who heard the case earlier were complete in all respects and file a report by July 19, the next date of hearing.
