Nine shot in downtown U.S.,; one man seriously wounded as police search for suspect

Police said preliminary information indicated someone opened fire toward a group of people in the Warehouse district shortly before 2.30 a.m. on July 9 as the clubs were closing. The suspect apparently fled.
