Rugby League Academies and Draft System

I'm posting this here because it is very much about our juniors as much as any. I've become a bit despondent with so many of our flegg players from last years gf moving on, hearing that our feeder areas are being taken over and random blokes showing up from other clubs to fill our junior teams. I've been thinking about this alot and would like to know what others think about my idea. I wanted the thread available to those interested in our juniors and not lost in a general league thread...
