Kangra district in Himachal Pradesh has suffered losses worth around INR 75 crore in the last four days owing to incessant rains. Public Works Department (PWD) incurred a loss of INR 31 crore as 66 roads were damaged due to landslides or tree felling. The Jal Shakti department incurred losses worth INR 40 crore while the district witnessed electricity losses of INR 19 lakh due to rains.
