Court threatens Emefiele with arrest over $53m Paris Club refund

The Federal High Court, Abuja, on Wednesday, threatened to issue a warrant of arrest against the suspended Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Godwin Emefiele. The threat was connected to his failure to appear in court to explain the circumstances surrounding the $53m judgment debt arising from the Paris Club refund. Justice Inyang Ekwo,
