Flash floods in Himachal Pradesh's Kamru Panchayat damaged homes and inundated agriculture land on Thursday, while the Shimla-Kinnaur highway was blocked due to rising water levels between Rampur and Jhakri. 130 people have died since the beginning of monsoon season in the state due to landslide, flash floods, and road accidents.
