In the video, she could be seen having fun while dumping in frozen fruits, including mangoes, and berries.

Loaded with protein and fiber, this smoothie isn’t just healthy but is also intended to curb cravings.

That’s where her secret addition comes in: canned beans.

She declared that the beans are “the genius ingredient you should be adding to your smoothies to stay full longer.”

“Not only do they have a mild flavor that can be easily masked by other ingredients, but they also provide a smooth and creamy texture,” she added.

“Plus, they’re loaded with protein and fiber to keep you satisfied for hours.

“And the best part? It’s a great way to prevent food waste by using up those leftover canned beans in your fridge!”

Equipped with her smoothie secret, the TikToker happily swayed about as she poured coconut water into the mix.

Next up, she pressed start on her Ninja blender and watched as the smoothing-making magic happened.

Within seconds, the mixture of fruits turned into pink liquid.

Steph excitedly poured the smoothie into a glass, fully aware of the effects of her healthy hack.

After taking a satisfied sip, she even jumped around a bit.

She also offered up some more specific tips for which types of beans to use with other ingredients.
