The much-delayed elections of the Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) have been scheduled for August 12, as announced on Friday. However, the state of Maharashtra will not be participating in the poll process. The Returning Officer, Justice MM Kumar, declared both rival factions in Maharashtra as ineligible for participation.
