Jeremy Allen White is getting in an early morning workout!

The 32-year-old actor, best known for his roles on The Bear and Shameless, kicked off his day with a workout on Friday morning (July 21) in Los Angeles.

For his workout, Jeremy showed off his super fit physique while going shirtless as he wore a pair of black short-shorts and tan baseball hat.
