I accidentally spilled a cleaning solution on my floor – I was surprised it left my grout sparkling with no scrubbing
A FASTIDIOUS woman has revealed her tried and true technique for keeping her grout looking brand new.
The TikToker discovered the cleaning hack by accident when she unintentionally spilled a cleaning solution on the floor.
Azure MacCannell (@livecomposed) filmed her grout in a video posted to TikTok.
“I accidentally spilled this degreaser on my floor and discovered that it cleans my grout without even scrubbing.
“I poured it on, let it sit one minute, and just wiped it off,” she said.
She said the method not only saved her time, but also energy on cleaning her floors.
“Effortless grout cleaning,” she added in the caption.
The video drew in many viewers who shared their thoughts in the comment section.
“Be careful though,” one warned. “In time the cement thats holding the tiles can actually start breaking through. Regretted doing this after a while.”
“It says on the bottle safe for grout,” Azure replied.
